1x 200mL Buffalo
Old Bones Buffalo Sauce is made using the perfect blend of Australian grown cayenne and habanero chillies. Bright, smooth and oh-so-buttery (without using any butter), it's perfectly seasoned with a nice kick of heat. Perfect on all things chicken! Try mixing some in a quality mayo and bingo, you have an awesome buffalo mayo for chicken schnitzel burgers, roast potatoes and with your hot chips!
1 x 170g Smoked Habanero Salt
Old Bones Smoked Habanero Salt is made from our famous smoked habanero chilli mash, dehydrated for 24 hours to produce a beautiful earthy citrus flavour with a subtle smokey kick. Whether you're spicing up some roasted veggies, finishing meat and seafood or salting a cheeky cocktail rim, OB chilli salt is perfectly balanced with Australian sea salt to give your dishes a nice punch without blowing your face off. Try this on some green apple, trust us :-)
